John Tavares can't be toppled.

Showing incredible balance, strength, stability, and puck control after stealing the puck from Jay Bouwmeester in the neutral ice, Tavares withstood multiple hacks, whacks, and shoves on his path to the front of the goal, where he was rewarded for his resolute effort with a wide-open rip on net.

It was Tavares' eighth of the season, and surely his grittiest.
