Red Wings' Petr Mrazek: Tending twine Tuesday

Mrazek will work between the pipes as Tuesday's road starter against the Jets, Scott Billeck of the Winnipeg Free Press reports.

Analysis:

Mrazek is 3-0-2 over the last five games to go along with a shiny 2.21 GAA and .921 save mark. He's back on track after an ominous start to the season, but complementary netminder Jimmy Howard seems to be rounding out his recovery from a groin injury and is reportedly scheduled for a full practice Thursday, meaning Mrazek may see a reduction in starts in the near future.
