Stars' Eakin sidelined 6 weeks with knee ailment

Dallas Stars forward Cody Eakin will miss the next six weeks due to a knee injury, the team confirmed Saturday.

Eakin, 25, appeared in 82 games with the Stars last season, scoring 16 goals and adding 19 assists.
