Lightning's Ben Bishop: Ruled out for Game 3

Bishop (leg) skated on his own early Wednesday, but will not be in the lineup for Game 3 against the Penguins on Wednesday.

Analysis:

Bishop took a step towards returning by at least getting on the ice by himself and coach Jon Cooper said he was optimistic the netminder could return to practice Thursday, Dan Rosen of NHL.com reports. While Andrei Vasilevskiy has been solid in goal, Bishop will likely be put back in the crease as soon as he is ready to go.
