Oakland Raiders rookie wide receiver Amari Cooper was named to his first Pro Bowl on Thursday.
Cooper, initially selected as an alternate, will replace New York Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall in next Sunday's game.
The Raiders were blessed with an upgraded passing game in 2015, largely due to the standout from Alabama. Cooper led all rookies in nearly every receiving category, catching 72 passes for 1,070 yards and six touchdowns.
Fellow Raiders Derek Carr, Khalil Mack, and Charles Woodson will join Cooper in Hawaii.
