The Denver Broncos' week of training began on Monday, and they received a boost with the return of linebacker DeMarcus Ware and quarterback Brock Osweiler.
Ware and Osweiler participated during the session after both took the entire bye week to rest due to knee injuries.
Both suffered injuries during the team's Week 17 game against the San Diego Chargers, but there was little danger either would miss the divisional round.
Peyton Manning was named starter for the playoffs, but Osweiler's health is still important if the 39-year-old struggles and he is called into action.
