VIDEO: MNF refs take forever to make obvious facemask call

It's not easy being an NFL referee, but some calls shouldn't be as difficult as they make them seem.
A fourth-quarter facemask penalty committed on Cincinnati Bengals quarterback AJ McCarron was blatantly obvious, but for some reason the officials didn't throw a flag. The refs waited ... and waited ... then discussed it while the Bengals were huddled up.
Finally, as the Bengals went to line up for the next play, the flag was thrown.
