The already-depleted New England Patriots running back corps took another hit Sunday, as LeGarrette Blount left versus the Houston Texans with a hip injury and will not return.

Blount, who took over starting duties after Dion Lewis' season-ending injury in early November, retreated to the locker room and after further evaluation was ruled out.

The Patriots injury woes aren't limited to Blount, as linebacker Jonathan Freeny also left the game with a hand injury and is questionable to return.
