Lions' Mathis being evaluated for concussion

Detroit Lions cornerback Rashean Mathis is being evaluated for a concussion after leaving Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings.
With just minutes to play in the fourth quarter, it's unlikely Mathis would be cleared in time to return. He'll have his status updated either following the game or at some point during the practice week ahead.
Mathis has started in each of Detroit's first seven regular-season games, with his lone interception coming in a Week 3 loss to the Denver Broncos.
