The Baltimore Ravens will be without their starting left tackle for the second consecutive game Sunday, as Eugene Monroe is officially inactive for the team's matchup with the division-rival Cincinnati Bengals.

Monroe sat out last week's loss to the Oakland Raiders after suffering a concussion in Baltimore's regular-season opener.

James Hurst will continue to start on Joe Flacco's blind side until Monroe clears the league's concussion protocol.
