Kansas City Chiefs receiver Albert Wilson was forced from Friday's game against the Tennessee Titans due to an AC sprain in his shoulder.

After the game, head coach Andy Reid said Wilson is expected to be "fine".

Wilson has been running as a starter throughout the preseason, playing across from Jeremy Maclin.

If he misses time, it would create an opportunity for third-round pick Chris Conley.
