Analysis:

Selected in the sixth round by the Ravens back in 2012, Streeter has good straight-line speed in a 6-foot-5 frame, but his skill set is otherwise unimpressive. After bouncing around the league the last few seasons, he'll face long odds to make it past training camp with the Dolphins.
