Clemons is not attending Jacksonville's organized team activities, the Florida Times-Union reports.

Analysis:

Clemons is an habitual no-show at voluntary OTAs, going back to his days in Seattle. The 33-year-old's job appeared to be in jeopardy when the Jaguars selected Dante Fowler with the third overall pick in the draft, but he tore the ACL in his left knee during the rookie minicamp and will miss the 2015 season. So, Clemons will probably retain his starting job, but head coach Gus Bradley is expecting him for mandatory minicamp that kicks off June 16.
