The Oakland Raiders added some depth and competition to their linebacker corps in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft, selecting linebacker Ben Heeney out of Kansas with the 140th overall pick.
Heeney may need to add some size as he makes the transition to the next level, but his speed and overall athletic ability will give him the opportunity to emerge as a contributor on defense and special teams fairly early on.
