After 12 seasons in the NFL, former Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Ike Taylor realizes that it may be time to walk away from the game.

Taylor told Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that he's not fielding or seeking offers from teams and may pursue opportunities with NFL Network and NFL Films.

"I've been talking with them," he said.

Taylor indicated in February that he was considering making the jump from the NFL to television, but would also welcome a reunion with his former defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau in Tennessee.

"If there's anybody I would follow, it would be him and him only," Taylor said at the time.

Taylor recorded 636 tackles, three sacks and 14 interceptions in 174 games as a Steeler.
