The San Francisco 49ers have signed free-agent wide receiver Jerome Simpson to a two-year deal.
The team announced the move Thursday.
Simpson most recently play with the Minnesota Vikings after spending the first four years of his career with the Cincinnati Bengals.
During his two seasons with the Vikings, Simpson tallied 74 receptions for 1,000 yards and a touchdown.
