Buccaneers hire Paul Spicer as assistant defensive line coach

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have announced the hiring of Paul Spicer as assistant defensive line coach.

Spicer,  who played nine seasons in the NFL, will work directly under defensive line coach Joe Cullen.

The 39-year-old last played in the NFL in 2008 with the Jacksonville Jaguars, the team he spent his entire career with. 

In 2011, he became the Jaguars' assistant defensive line coach, also working under Cullen.
