After passing through concussion protocol and returning to practice Friday, Dallas Cowboys defensive end Jeremy Mincey is officially active for Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers.
The 31-year-old veteran started all 16 games in the regular season, totaling six sacks and 36 tackles.
