Texans announce signing of Case Keenum

The Houston Texans have officially announced the signing of quarterback Case Keenum from the St. Louis Rams' practice squad.

With both Ryan Fitzpatrick and Ryan Mallett out for the year, and rookie Tom Savage now out for Sunday's game, the Texans' decision on a starting quarterback will come down to Keenum and veteran Thad Lewis.

Keenum started eight games for the Texans in 2013, throwing for 1,760 yards, nine touchdowns and six interceptions.
