Analysis:

The injury was to the same knee that forced Culliver to miss the entire 2013 season. After the game coach Jim Harbaugh told the Sacramento Bee that he thought Culliver would be "OK." However, Harbaugh is no doctor, so we would have to see if Culliver practices this week before declaring his status for next week's game against Seattle.
