The Kansas City Chiefs have signed defensive end Nick Williams to their active roster after placing safety Eric Berry on the Non-Football Illness list, according to ESPN's Adam Caplan.
Williams was previously on the Pittsburgh Steelers' practice squad.
Berry is undergoing testing for Lymphoma and will not play for the remainder of the season.
