Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders is being evaluated for a concussion after taking a big hit from St. Louis Rams safety Rodney McLeod.
McLeod was flagged for an illegal hit to the head of a defenseless player, though he appeared to lead with his shoulder.
Sanders is the third Broncos offensive player to leave the game following running back Montee Ball (groin) and tight end Julius Thomas (ankle).
