Saints' Keenan Lewis leaves game with apparent knee injury

New Orleans Saints cornerback Keenan Lewis left Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers with an apparent left knee injury.

Lewis appeared to suffer the injury while breaking up a deep ball intended for 49ers tight end Vernon Davis. He was able to walk off the field on his own, but was carted to the locker room after being looked at by trainers.
