49ers' Daniel Kilgore may have suffered broken leg vs. Broncos

Forced to leave Sunday night's game against the Denver Broncos, San Francisco 49ers center Daniel Kilgore may have suffered a broken leg, the team announced.

Such an injury would certainly keep Kilgore out for an extended period of time, and quite possibly for the rest of this season.

With only two rookies currently on the roster at the position, the 49ers could look to the free-agent market relatively soon.
