Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt, on the other hand, isn't, as evidenced by his botched celebration last Sunday. Watt described his move as some combination of the nay-nay dance and the Deion Sanders "Prime Time" celebration.
Being a proud representative of Houston, Howard had some advice for Watt.
