Chicago Bears defensive end Jared Allen is being kept out of Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers with pneumonia, Jay Glazer reports:

Dropping a significant amount of weight in such a short period of time is certainly concerning, and the hope is that Allen can recover and return to the field soon.
