Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles was a game-time decision for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins, and that decision is to hold him out of the game.
Charles suffered an ankle bruise in last week's loss to the Denver Broncos.
He was able to practice on Thursday and Friday in a limited capacity, but the Chiefs are taking the cautious approach with their franchise tailback.
