Report: Nike pulls Adrian Peterson merch from shelves in Twin Cities

Following Adrian Peterson's indictment on charges of reckless or negligent injury to a child, Nike stores in the Twin Cities have pulled all merchandise relating to the Minnesota Vikings running back from their shelves, Jon Krawczynski of The Associated Press reports.
On Monday, Radisson Hotels announced that it would be suspending its sponsorship of the Vikings, citing its "long-standing commitment to the protection of children.''
Peterson was deactivated by the Vikings on Sunday, but is expected to rejoin the team this week. His case is currently being reviewed under the NFL's personal-conduct policy.
