Report: Chiefs' Jamaal Charles diagnosed with high ankle sprain

After X-rays came back negative, the injury to Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles is being called a high ankle sprain, head coach Andy Reid announced Monday.

Reid did not give a timetable for Charles's return, but noted the injury doesn't look to be severe. Either way, the Chiefs will likely have to prepare to be without their star running back for a few weeks.
