Steelers officially sign Brett Keisel to a 2-year deal
The Pittsburgh Steelers announced the signing of defensive end Brett Keisel on Wednesday.
Reports circulated Tuesday that Keisel may have been joining the Arizona Cardinals to help bolster their banged-up defense, but instead he returns to Pittsburgh where he's played his entire 12-year career.
Keisel knows defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau's 3-4 system well and, even at 35, should provide the Steelers with added depth and insurance on D.
Brett Keisel two-year Steelers deal: $3 million total, $500,000 signing bonus, base salaries, $1 million, $1.5 million
