Daboll has posted an 18-32-1 mark since taking over as head coach in 2022. His record has worsened each season, posting nine, six, and three wins, respectively.
Schoen also joined the team in 2022 after five seasons as the Buffalo Bills' assistant general manager.
The Giants' 3-14 mark this season earned them the third overall pick in the 2025 draft.
New York has posted just two winning seasons since 2016.
