Eagles' Smith, Slay to return vs. Panthers; Goedert ruled out

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith is off the injury report for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers.
Smith has missed the last two games due to a hamstring injury. He was listed as a full participant in practice throughout the week.
Cornerback Darius Slay is also set to return after missing last week's contest due to a concussion.
Tight end Dallas Goedert and safety Reed Blankenship have been ruled out for Sunday's game. Goedert left the team's victory over the Baltimore Ravens with a knee injury, while Blankenship exited with a concussion. Both players didn't practice this week.
The 26-year-old Smith is second on the team in receiving yards with 516 while recording four touchdowns.
