49ers' Jim Harbaugh won't be fined for wearing Reebok shirt
Jim Harbaugh's won't have to pay up for his fashion mishap in Sunday's opener, according to Mike Garafolo of CSNBayArea.com
Jim Harbaugh wore a Reebok shirt instead of Nike for the first half on Sunday. He expected he'd be fined. Good news, Jim: You weren't.

The San Francisco 49ers coach told reporters after the game that it was just a case of grabbing the wrong shirt.
"There was no malice intended," Harbaugh said, via the team website. "It won't happen again."
Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III was fined $10,000 for wearing an unauthorized "Operation Patience" shirt during a pregame warmup in August.
Garafolo speculated that Harbaugh may have escaped a fine because he wore the shirt unintentionally, while Griffin did not.
