Jalen Hurts continues to be the catalyst for Philly's potent offense. The Eagles are back in flight mode after torching the Packers for 363 rushing yards in prime time.
2. Kansas City Chiefs (9-2)

Mahomes & Co. continue to steamroll the competition after drubbing the reigning champs. With the MVP favorite hitting his stride, the Chiefs appear to be a juggernaut with few weaknesses as the second half of the season progresses.
3. Dallas Cowboys (8-3)
Previous Rank: 3
The Cowboys are riding with plenty of momentum after stringing consecutive wins over clubs with winning records. With Odell Beckham Jr. set to finally visit, Dallas' impressive production may receive a further boost as the team continues its upward trend.
4. Miami Dolphins (8-3)

Tua Tagovailoa is ascending toward the upper echelon of QBs. After securing an easy win last Sunday, head coach Mike McDaniel turns his attention to a return to San Francisco against an opponent he'll be all too familiar with.
5. San Francisco 49ers (7-4)

The NFL's top-ranked defense has the 49ers rolling. Winners of four straight contests, including a shutout of the Saints, San Francisco now has sole possession of first place in the NFC West.
6. Buffalo Bills (8-3)
Previous Rank: 5
While a record-setting snowfall caused logistical chaos, the Bills stayed cool under pressure to score back-to-back wins in Detroit. Getting healthy remains a primary concern for the club as Von Miller and Dion Dawkins' health statuses remain in limbo.
7. Cincinnati Bengals (7-4)
Previous Rank: 9
The Bengals have impressed during their current three-game winning streak. With star receiver Ja'Marr Chase set to make his return in Week 13, Cincy should be in top form for its 2021 AFC Championship Game rematch with the Chiefs in prime time next weekend.
8. Minnesota Vikings (9-2)
Previous Rank: 8
Minnesota should set its gaze on the No. 1 seed in the NFC as playoff position becomes a priority. No team seems to have an answer to Justin Jefferson, who has recorded 100 yards and a touchdown in three of his past four outings.
9. Washington Commanders (7-5)
Previous Rank: 13
The Commanders find themselves at the bottom of the NFC East standings yet hold a playoff spot. Taylor Heinicke has the offense clicking and Chase Young's possible return would bolster the defense.
10. Tennessee Titans (7-4)
Previous Rank: 10
Derrick Henry looked like a mere mortal in a loss for the Titans. While the offense still needs to run through the throne of the King, perhaps it's time to let rookie Treylon Burks get more looks.
11. Baltimore Ravens (7-4)
The Ravens' offense severely lacks playmakers. An easy schedule down the stretch will help their chances of winning the AFC North.

12. New York Jets (7-4)
Mike White gives the Jets' offense a higher ceiling. He played mistake-free football against the Bears, which gives their defense a chance to carry them into the playoffs.

13. Los Angeles Chargers (6-5)
The Chargers are coming off a big win against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 12. When Justin Herbert is your quarterback, you have a chance to win each week.

14. Seattle Seahawks (6-5)
The Seahawks are currently out of the NFC playoff picture, with the Commanders taking possession of the last wild-card spot. However, Seattle still has the injury-riddled Rams twice on its schedule.

15. New England Patriots (6-5)
New England gave the Vikings a run for their money on Thanksgiving. However, the Patriots conceded 33 points, which isn't sustainable if they want to make the playoffs, considering their offensive limitations.

16. New York Giants (7-4)
The Giants have lost three of their last four games after starting the season 6-1. Their playoff hopes are dwindling, and they still have to play the Eagles twice.

17. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-6)
The Buccaneers are last in the NFL in rushing yards per game, and those issues returned to the forefront in their loss to the Browns. To make matters worse, Cleveland has one of the league's worst rushing defenses. You cannot be a Super Bowl contender if you can't run on the Browns.

18. Detroit Lions (4-7)
Head coach Dan Campbell has the Lions playing great football right now. They have won three of their last four games and came close to beating the Bills on Thanksgiving.

19. Atlanta Falcons (5-7)
The Falcons' playoff hopes took a hit with their loss to the Commanders. They still have a game against the NFC South-leading Buccaneers, which they will have to win if they want to take the division.

20. Jacksonville Jaguars (4-7)
Trevor Lawrence's talents were on full display in the Jaguars' win against the Baltimore Ravens. Jacksonville may not be a playoff contender this season, but the franchise is in good hands with Lawrence at the helm.

A late-season run to the playoffs became all the more unlikely with Sunday night's loss to the Eagles, and now Aaron Rodgers' status is up in the air.
22. Arizona Cardinals (4-8)

Three straight three-and-outs with a chance to put the Chargers away late is inexcusable. The Cardinals' offense continues to disappoint.
23. Cleveland Browns (4-7)

An impressive overtime win over the Bucs was a nice way for Jacoby Brissett to cap off the solid job he's done as the starter. Deshaun Watson makes his Browns debut this week.
24. Pittsburgh Steelers (4-7)

The Steelers will have to get hot to avoid Mike Tomlin's first-ever losing season. Getting the ball to George Pickens as much as possible gives them their best chance.
25. Indianapolis Colts (4-7-1)

Jeff Saturday is learning on the fly, and that's never been clearer than when the Colts' offense completely botched its last-minute attempt at a game-tying drive in Monday night's loss to the Steelers.
26. Las Vegas Raiders (4-7)

Josh Jacobs continued his unbelievable season with over 300 scrimmage yards while leading the Raiders to an overtime victory in Seattle. There have been a few bright spots in an otherwise frustrating season for Las Vegas.
27. Chicago Bears (3-9)
Previous Rank: 22
Justin Fields is the entire Bears offense right now. If he misses significant time down the stretch, Chicago could find itself trending further and further toward the top of the draft.
28. Carolina Panthers (4-8)
Previous Rank: 30
The Panthers continue to show fight after a midseason coaching change. They're now 3-4 since Steve Wilks took over for Matt Rhule.
29. New Orleans Saints (4-8)
Previous Rank: 26
Against the 49ers, the Saints were shut out for the first time since 2001, ending the NFL's longest streak. Not having their first-round pick next year is really going to sting.
30. Los Angeles Rams (3-8)
Previous Rank: 27
With injuries continuing to pile up, it's tough to see the Rams winning many more games. The second of two first-round picks sent to the Lions in the Matthew Stafford trade could be a top-two selection.
31. Denver Broncos (3-8)
Previous Rank: 31
The clock is ticking for Nathaniel Hackett. Denver can only hope a new coaching staff is enough to fix the offense.
32. Houston Texans (1-9-1)
