The NFL wants to and intends to play the matchup between the Tennessee Titans and Pittsburgh Steelers as scheduled, despite three Tennessee players and five team personnel members testing positive for COVID-19, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

One of the contingency plans to allow for additional testing and contact tracing is reportedly to move the game from Sunday to Monday night.

Commissioner Roger Goodell sent out a league-wide memo on Tuesday urging all 32 teams to remain diligent and follow all health and safety protocols following Tennessee's outbreak:

The Titans and Minnesota Vikings - who hosted the AFC South club in Week 3 - both closed their facilities in response to the positive tests. Minnesota said it recorded none of its own as of Tuesday morning.

Tennessee players and staff reportedly won't be allowed back inside their headquarters until Saturday.
