The Green Bay Packers named Matt LaFleur as their head coach Tuesday, the team announced.
LaFleur and the Packers have agreed to a four-year contract which includes a fifth-year option, a source told NFL.com's Tom Pelissero.
The 39-year-old served as the Tennessee Titans' offensive coordinator in 2018 and is now replacing former Packers head coach Mike McCarthy, who was fired during the season. Joe Philbin went 2-2 down the stretch as Green Bay's interim head coach.
Along with his time in Tennessee, LaFleur's NFL resume includes stints as quarterbacks coach with the Washington Redskins and Atlanta Falcons, and as offensive coordinator with the Los Angeles Rams in 2017.
