Green Bay Packers star quarterback Aaron Rodgers is active and will start in Sunday's divisional clash with the Minnesota Vikings.

Rodgers returned to practice Saturday for the first time since his dramatic comeback win over the Chicago Bears in Week 1.

The veteran passer is still reportedly dealing with soreness and swelling in his knee. His injury could take a couple of months to heal, though he doesn't have any ligament damage, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

"He has a pretty unusual injury that would keep most people out awhile," another source told ESPN.

Rodgers returned to the Bears game at halftime after being carted off. He dragged the Packers back from 20-point deficit despite essentially playing on one leg, tossing for 286 yards and three touchdowns to win 24-23.
