Former NFL tight end Martellus Bennett suited up for both the Green Bay Packers and the New England Patriots during the 2017 season, which also meant playing alongside two of the game's top quarterbacks.

While making an appearance on FOX Sports Radio's Doug Gottlieb Show, Bennett wouldn't say whether he thought the league's top signal-caller is Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady.

"I think that no one has more arm talent than Aaron (Rodgers)," he said. "Aaron can pretty much do anything with the ball. (But) I feel like Tom Brady is precise, easier to play with. It was easier to play with Tom than anybody else."

The former second-round pick, who spent 10 seasons in the NFL, believes Brady possesses the leadership players want in a quarterback, which sets him apart from his peers.

"He makes the game easy, what he expects," Bennett said. "Where he wants you to be, where he's putting the ball, he does so many repetitions with you, mental reps, physical reps, walk-through, he's always letting you know.

"He communicates the best of what he expects. The communication between him and the receiver is on the highest level: What you like to do, what he likes to throw, if you ask him to do something he’ll try it."
