The Baltimore Ravens signed wide receiver Michael Crabtree to a three-year contract on Friday, the team announced.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed by the Ravens, but the contract is worth $21 million with $11 million guaranteed, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. He will get $15 million over the first two seasons.

Crabtree was released by the Oakland Raiders on Thursday.

"Michael has played very well against the Ravens, so we know firsthand the attributes he brings to the game,” Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome stated. "He is a smart, tough, physical receiver who battles for the ball. We like his temperament and believe he is a good fit for our football team on and off the field."

The 30-year-old recorded 58 receptions for 618 yards and eight touchdowns in 14 games with the Raiders during the 2017 season.

Crabtree is two years removed from a 1,000-yard season and will be expected to inject life into a stale Ravens' passing game.
