The Philadelphia Eagles will interview running backs coach Duce Staley and wide receivers coach Mike Groh on Monday for their vacant offensive coordinator position, a source told ESPN's Tim McManus.

McManus added that the team has no immediate plans to interview external candidates.

The Eagles lost former offensive coordinator Frank Reich after the Colts hired him as their head coach. It was reported last week that Philadelphia had no immediate plans to hire a new OC, so this could be the first step in a thorough process.

Staley joined the Eagles’ staff in 2011, and has coached the team's running backs since 2013. Groh was hired last offseason after coaching the Rams' wide receivers.

Even if one of the two assistants are promoted, head coach Doug Pederson will continue to call plays.
