Atlanta Falcons special teams coach Keith Armstrong will have his second interview with the Arizona Cardinals on Friday for the team's head coaching position, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Carolina Panthers defensive coordinator Steve Wilks will also have his second interview with the team, announced Cardinals official writer Darren Urban.

Armstrong has served as the Falcons' special teams coach since 2008, after previous stints with the Miami Dolphins (2001-07) and Chicago Bears (1997-2000) in the same role. He has never held a head coaching job at the NFL or college level.

Wilks, 48, is also in consideration for the Tennessee Titans head coaching job and interviewed for other vacancies which have reportedly been filled. He served as defensive coordinator for the Panthers for just one season and filled the role of assistant head coach under Ron Rivera since 2015.
