The Green Bay Packers have parted ways with defensive coordinator Dom Capers, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Capers served as the Packers' defensive coordinator since January 2009 and helped the team win Super Bowl XLV in 2010.

The Packers will make more changes to their defensive coaching personnel, reports ESPN's Rob Demovsky.

No candidates have emerged for the vacant position.

Capers has previous head coaching experience with the Carolina Panthers (1995-1998) and Houston Texans (2002-2005).
