Top Pittsburgh Steelers wideout Antonio Brown has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game opposite the New England Patriots after suffering a calf injury in the second quarter.

According to Steelers' PR man Burt Lauten, he'll be taken to hospital for further evaluation.

Brown was seen favoring his left leg immediately after being sandwiched by Patriots defensive backs Duron Harmon and Eric Rowe during an ill-fated Steelers shot at the end zone. The star receiver had to be helped off the field before heading to the locker room for X-rays.
