Wentz tops early Pro Bowl voting ahead of Brady, Bell

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz has received 273,367 fan votes for the 2018 Pro Bowl thus far, good for most in the league.

The second-year sensation is roughly 33,000 votes ahead of New England Patriots pivot Tom Brady. Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell, Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley, and Steelers receiver Antonio Brown round out the top five.

After showing positive signs as a rookie, Wentz has taken the league by storm as a sophomore. The North Dakota State product leads the NFL with 25 touchdown passes, and has steered the Eagles to the best record in football at 9-1.

Voting for the Pro Bowl runs until Dec. 14.
