Report: Texans' Foreman believed to have torn Achilles

Shanna Lockwood / USA TODAY Sports

The Houston Texans got a big win Sunday over the Arizona Cardinals, but some news after the contest will put a damper on any celebration, as sources told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network that D'Onta Foreman is believed to have torn his Achilles tendon.

Foreman had the best game of his rookie season Sunday, rushing for 65 yards and two touchdowns, but suffered the injury after finding the end zone for the second time.

The former Texas star's reported Achilles tear is the latest significant injury for a Houston team already missing standouts J.J. Watt, Deshaun Watson, and Whitney Mercilus for the season.
