NFL 'not looking to make deal' with Elliott, confident of winning in court

The NFL apparently isn't willing to compromise with Ezekiel Elliott regarding his six-game suspension.
"We're not looking to make a deal, we're very confident our arguments will prevail in court," league spokesman Joe Lockhart said Friday, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Likewise, a source close to Elliott said the Dallas Cowboys' star running back has no interest in a settlement following a report that the two sides had discussed a possible middle ground.
Elliott had his ban temporarily put on hold Tuesday, with the ongoing legal war set for another battle later this month. Until then, the second-year pro is eligible to play.
