Brian Hoyer was not going to let his opening-play interception keep him down Thursday.

After gifting the Los Angeles Rams a score in the opening minute, the veteran San Francisco 49ers quarterback marched down the field to notch a rare rushing score, the first since his rookie season. It was the 49ers' first touchdown of the season after being held out of the end zone in their first two games.
