The Seattle Seahawks have selected cornerback Shaquill Griffin out of UCF in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft.
The standout defensive back joins stars like Richard Sherman, Earl Thomas, and Kam Chancellor in the renowned "Legion of Boom" secondary that's wreaked havoc on opposing receivers in recent years.
Griffin was one of the best players in the American Athletic Conference last season, finishing with 49 tackles and four interceptions for a much improved Knights defense.
