The Chicago Bears have finalized a deal for journeyman quarterback Mark Sanchez, the team announced Friday.

It will be a one-year contract, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The Bears' quarterback depth chart has undergone a complete overhaul, as out are Jay Cutler, Brian Hoyer, and Matt Barkley, and in are Sanchez and Mike Glennon.

Glennon was signed to a three-year, $43.5-million contract to take over the starting duties. Sanchez, a backup last season with the Dallas Cowboys, would likely be the No. 2 quarterback in Chicago. He entered just two games last season and threw two interceptions and took three sacks.

Since a five-year stay in New York with the Jets to start his career, Sanchez spent two underwhelming years in Philadelphia before signing in Dallas last season.
