Drinking on the roof of a bar while watching a St. Patrick's Day parade in Dallas, Ezekiel Elliott pulled down a woman's shirt, exposing her bare breast.
A rep for Elliott told TMZ that it was all in good fun and that the woman did not get upset, rather choosing to hang out with Elliott and his friends after the parade had ended.
